You don’t need experience in drawing or meditation, this course is designed to show you how simple lines and shapes can make space for you to find calm, while learning a skill that will improve your critical thinking capacity.
In this course you will learn about Mandalas, their purposes and practices- as well as how to approach drawing, learning the fundamentals through basic shapes.
This course is designed for the ultimate beginner, or seasoned pro and aims to give you a new tool you can use in your daily life to promote positive mental health, mindfulness and a connection to your creative true self.
Sometimes showing up for an Art or Meditation class can be confronting. This online course is a safe space for you to be you, and find your centre.
